Definitions
  • YumPrep (Brand): Refers to the meal plan service provider.
  • Meal Plan: Refers to the primary product/service purchased from YumPrep.
  • Account Manager: Your dedicated contact person for assistance with changes, complaints, and other inquiries.
  • Pause Days: The number of days a plan can be temporarily stopped (e.g., for holidays or travel).
  • Substitute: Replacing a dish based on preferences or needs.
  • Chiller Bag: The insulated bag used to deliver daily meals.
  • Cut-Off: The deadline for submitting requests or changes to your plan.
  • Macros: The amount of fat, protein, and carbohydrates in a meal.
General Conditions
  • By signing up, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions from the moment of registration until the end of their plan.
  • YumPrep reserves the right to refuse service under specific circumstances, such as medical conditions, severe allergies, or specific dietary requirements.
  • YumPrep may amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Communications may be sent to clients unless they unsubscribe.
Payments, Prices & Fees
  • Full payment is required at least 3 business days before the start date.
  • A refundable AED 100 deposit is required for the Chiller Bags.
  • Payments can be made via Visa/MasterCard, cash or online.
  • Additional charges may apply for premium dishes, lost chiller bags, or late cancellations.
Delivery
  • YumPrep delivers across the UAE
  • Deliveries are made daily at flexible timings chosen by the client.
  • Changes to delivery addresses or schedules must be requested at least 3 business days in advance.
Chiller Bags & Refundable Deposit
  • A deposit of AED 100 applies for 2 bags. Lost or damaged bags incur additional charges.
  • Bags must be returned within 30 days of the plan ending.
Food Storage & Reheating
  • Meals must be refrigerated at 5°C or below upon delivery.
  • Instructions for reheating and calorie/macro details are provided on the labels.
Dislikes, Allergies & Preferences
  • Meal plans can be customized based on preferences, dislikes, and allergies shared during sign-up.
  • YumPrep is not liable for adverse reactions if allergens were not disclosed.
Nutritionist Consultation
  • YumPrep meal plans and consultations are not substitutes for medical treatment.
  • Clients with medical conditions must consult their physician before starting a meal plan.
Pay Later with Tabby
  • Tabby payment plans allow for installment payments. Pausing a YumPrep plan does not pause Tabby installments.
  • Early settlement of Tabby accounts is encouraged, with specific terms for cancellations subject to a 10% fee.
Referral Program
  • Rewards for referrals include extra meal days. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellation & Refunds
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days in advance.
  • Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee and take up to 14 days to process.
